My Story
Passionate about holistic health, Georgie began her journey in 2008, gaining her certification as a reflexologist and opening a successful practice specializing in women's health and maternity reflexology. Over the years, her work expanded, and she became deeply involved in supporting women and couples through the transformative experiences of birth and parenting as a birth doula.
After many years of helping families through the challenges of birth, Georgie transitioned to coaching, which allowed her to continue her mission of guiding others toward wellness. Specializing in mental and emotional health, Georgie is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) who supports patients through various transitions, from the demanding phases of parenthood to navigating perimenopause and beyond.
Her interest in relationship wellness led her to train in the Gottman Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work. She enjoys working with couples, helping them foster deeper connections and joy in their relationships.
In addition to her one-on-one coaching, Georgie is also a coach trainer. She facilitates a twelve-week Mindful Health and Wellness certification program, guiding future coaches through their training journey, sharing her expertise, and preparing them to take their board exam.
Originally from the UK, Georgie moved to Seattle in 2004 with her husband and two young daughters. Now that her daughters are grown, she is fully focused on helping others overcome health challenges, achieve their goals, and live joy-filled lives. In her free time, Georgie enjoys the flexibility of traveling outside of school vacation times. She loves paddleboarding and kayaking in the summer and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. Being in nature with her dog, Winnie, is a favorite pastime, along with getting her hands dirty in the garden, practicing yoga, and playing strategic board games with her husband and friends. Georgie is also a dedicated puppy raiser for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
