These conditions, collectively known as Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), affect up to 1 in 5 patients. Our team of providers, all completing a Reproductive and Integrative Psychiatry Fellowship, collaborates closely with each client to develop evidence-based, holistic mental health plans. These plans include lifestyle adjustments, herbal supplements, hormonal balance correction, and psychiatric medication management.
