Specializing in
Women's and Perinatal Holistic Mental Health
OUR SERVICES
Medication Management

Our providers specialize in women’s psychiatry across all stages of life—not just during reproductive transitions. We offer collaborative, trauma-informed care to help you explore whether medication is right for you, and support you in making informed choices that align with your goals. We also provide holistic options for those seeking non-medication alternatives to traditional psychiatric treatment.
Reproductive Psychiatry

We provide thoughtful, individualized psychiatric care for those navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, menstrual mood changes, postpartum transitions, and perimenopause. Our team combines psychiatric and holistic care to help you feel more stable, understood, and supported throughout the reproductive journey.
Preconception Counseling

We support individuals planning for pregnancy who are taking or considering psychiatric medication. Our providers offer personalized guidance on treatment options, risks, and benefits. We also help patients prepare for the postpartum period with preventative planning to support a smoother, more empowered transition after birth.
Integrative Wellness

We believe mental wellness is rooted in the whole body—not just the brain. Our integrative care team uses labwork to uncover medical or nutritional contributors, recommends evidence-based options like supplements and herbs, and offers support from a registered dietitian and wellness coordinators to help you achieve your personal health goals.
Perinatal Mental Health

Navigating fertility, pregnancy, or postpartum transitions can bring complex emotional challenges. Our providers have advanced training in perinatal mental health and offer care that is validating, trauma-informed, and designed to meet the specific needs of this season. You deserve to feel supported—not just to get through the day, but to truly thrive.
Affirming Care

At Dahlia Center we celebrate all identities, and are committed to providing inclusive, compassionate care. We offer a safe, welcoming space that is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergence-affirming. We also recognize that not all individuals experiencing reproductive or hormonal psychiatric symptoms identify as women, and we are proud to provide gender-inclusive care that honors each person’s identity and lived experience.
